Is this another tool I have to maintain?
You'll still add details and share updates. Bespokable brings the brief, client records, files and payments together so you have fewer places to check and keep up to date.
Do I need to replace my website?
No. At launch, your studio profile can be your main public presence or sit alongside an existing website. Studio will also support custom domains.
Who is Bespokable for?
Solo makers and small maker-led studios working on bespoke furniture and woodwork, jewelry and metalwork, instruments, textiles and leather goods.
How do inquiries become commissions?
At launch, clients will submit a structured inquiry to your inbox. You can review their requirements, respond, and convert an agreed project into a commission. Email notifications will let you know when inquiries arrive.
Do clients need an account?
No. Clients can view their timeline through a private link, without creating an account.
What can I keep with a commission?
Client details, the brief and requirements, files, photographs and other media, plus deposits and payment milestones.
Can I customize the presentation?
Both plans include predefined presentation options. Maker client pages carry a Bespokable mark; Studio removes it. Custom domains are also included with Studio at launch.
How do payments work?
Track deposits and payment milestones alongside the work. Stripe processes online payments. Bespokable charges no platform fee; standard Stripe payment processing fees apply.
What happens when a commission is complete?
At launch, you can publish a completed registry recording the maker, materials and making of the piece.
What if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. Completed, published registries stay accessible after cancellation. Deleting your organization and its data removes them.
What does joining the waitlist mean?
You'll receive product updates ahead of our 2026 launch. Joining does not create an account, guarantee early access or reserve a plan.
How much will it cost?
Maker is $19 USD per month for one user. Studio is $79 USD per month for up to five users sharing access to the same studio and commissions. Both plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime.
