How this policy applies
This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into and read with our Terms of Use. It applies to all use of Bespokable and content submitted, stored, or shared through the service.
Prohibited use
Do not engage in unlawful or fraudulent conduct, violate rights, intellectual property, or privacy, or submit client or personal data without authority. Do not submit exploitative, abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or obscene content.
Do not introduce malware or harmful code; phish, harvest credentials, send spam, impersonate, misrepresent yourself, access systems without authorization, probe or circumvent security, interfere with or overload the service, or use abusive automation, scraping, or data mining. Ordinary browser use and authorized public search indexing of public marketing pages are allowed. This does not permit crawling private share-link timelines or direct asset URLs.
Do not copy, competitively replicate, or resell the service, remove proprietary notices, or use share links or media to violate rights or expose data without authority.
Content and sharing
You must own or have permissions for content and comply with privacy and client obligations. Publication and share links may be forwarded; consider recipients and consequences. See our Privacy Policy.
Enforcement
When reasonably necessary for breach, security, law, or safety, Bespokable may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict or remove content, rate-limit, suspend or terminate access, or report or respond to authorities. Reasonable notice will be given where practicable, but urgent action may be necessary.

Email [email protected] with enough information to investigate. Changes apply prospectively; material changes will be notified and acceptance obtained where required.
